Prior to joining Jackson Healthcare, Lurline Craig-Burke was a Partner and business leader for Mercer Consulting in Atlanta. She also served as Managing Director, Strategic Business Development for the Global Large Corporate Group for Marsh USA.
Prior to her tenure with Marsh, Lurline’s executive leadership experience included service as Senior Vice President and National Practice Leader of Aon Consulting, a global consulting division of Aon-Hewitt; founding and negotiating the successful sale of the Precipice Group, Inc. and Precipice Strategies, LLC, a regional insurance brokerage and staffing company.
Lurline served as the Chief for the State of Georgia State Health Benefits Plan; and former Vice President of an affiliate company of Emory Healthcare. Lurline received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and her MBA from Mercer University.
Jennifer serves as Vice President of Jackson Executives overseeing both Talent Management operations as well Business Development initiatives across the firm.
Prior to joining Jackson Executives, Jennifer has served in executive leadership roles within the staffing and consulting industries for over 15 years, building markets and leading teams for both international multi-billion dollar staffing companies as well as boutique, high-end firms on the West Coast and in the Southeast. Calling primarily on the hospital C-suite, Jennifer continues to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike, becoming a trusted advisor by providing strategic support, industry insights and timely solutions.
Jennifer is a current and active member in the Georgia Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives as well as the Georgia Hospital Association.
Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Ball State University and currently resides in Sandy Springs with her two children.
